KAFFEI ROASTERY ENTERPRISE reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • We only partner with most reliable courier service provider in Malaysia that offer the best service and shipping rate as possible. Typically, it would takes 3-5 business days for delivery upon payment within East Malaysia. West Malaysia might take longer delivery period.
  • Expedited shipping options are currently not available. 

4. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship to addresses within Malaysia.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

7. International Shipping:

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

8. Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
